Do you provide any warrenty or after sales service?

We offer one year warranty for all products. Accessories such as batteries, cables and chargers have a one month warranty. If the phone / Product is faulty within one year (counted from the date of delivery), customers can send them back for free repair. Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered. For warranty, you need to contact us will help you asap.

What are the delivery charges & Customs Clarence for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free delivery all over India. With Free Customs Clarence Process. You will not be charged any customs or import fees upon delivery. Full tracking visibility will be available online once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay us by any bank credit, Debit Card & Net Banking. For EMI pay via Credit card and call your bank to convert the EMI.

How long will delivery take?

Imported products usually dispatched from the company within 1 – 10 business day (Processing Time). Indian products usually dispatched within 1 – 3 business day. & Its Delivered within 7 – 35 Business days all over India.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Within 10 Business days product company ship your order to your address directly. After its rich India (Delhi) will pade the customs fees & send to you. You will not be charged any customs or import fees upon delivery.

Do I GST receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, Final GST Invoice will deliver to you with product package.
